Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry with Noodles

Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry is a  classic and delicious dish that brings together tender pieces of  chicken, crisp broccoli florets, and a tangy, thickened stir-fry sauce.


Chicken Breast | Cornstarch Oil | Broccoli  Garlic Paste | Ginger Paste STIR-FRY SAUCE Chicken Broth | Soy Sauce Rice Vinegar | Sugar Cornstarch FOR SERVING Green Onions | Noodles

Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and season. Then cook in hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side until they are cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside.


In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and stir-fry the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes. Add grated ginger and garlic and sauté for a minute.

Combine the stir-fry sauce ingredients, pour over the broccoli and bring to a rolling boil. Add the chicken back to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish the chicken and broccoli stir-fry with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over warm cooked noodles to enjoy.
