The Chicken Wonton Taco Bowl was inspired by Applebee's Chicken Wonton Tacos. Saucy stir fry chicken, slaw, creamy Sriracha sauce, topped with crispy wonton strips.
Ground Chicken | Oil Tri-Colored Coleslaw Mix Stir Fry Sauce | Sweet Chili Sauce Sesame Oil | Mayonnaise Wonton Strips SPICY FINISHING SAUCE Mayonnaise | Sriracha OPTIONAL Lime | Fresh Cilantro
Mix together stir-fry sauce, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil and mayonnaise until blended. Next, heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat then add ground chicken.
Stir frequently while breaking apart until thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat. Add stir-fry sauce to the skillet with the chicken and toss to coat.
Stir together the Sriracha sauce and mayonnaise until blended. Divide slaw mix among 4 serving bowls. Layer saucy chicken on top then the wonton strips.
Finally, drizzle spicy sauce on top and garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of fresh cilantro if desired.
