Mashed potato waffles are every bit as delicious as you’d expect.
And so easy to make using leftover mashed potatoes and some butter so things don’t stick.
Preheat and generously coat your waffle maker with butter.
Spoon mashed potatoes onto your waffle maker and spread out just a bit as evenly as possible.
Close waffle maker and let cook for about 3-5 minutes. Potato waffle is ready when it's golden brown and doesn't stick to the waffle maker.
Gently flip potato waffle onto a plate when done.
