Key Lime Juice | Sour Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk Graham Cracker Crumbs Butter | Whipped Cream Limes | Brown Sugar | Salt
Using a food processor, blend graham crackers with butter and brown sugar then press firmly into your pie pan. For a more firm crust bake for 7 minutes or microwave for 1 minute.
Beat together key lime juice, sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, lime zest and salt using an electric mixer.
Pour key lime filling into the crust, smooth out the top and chill, ideally for 2 hours or more.
Top with a thick layer of whipped cream and garnish with lime slices in the center of the pie and a sprinkle of lime zest.
