Jello Cream Cheese

This Jello dessert is almost like an upside down, no-bake cheesecake. The bottom layer is a mixture of cherry gelatin and pie filling lightly gelled together with crushed pineapples.

Cherry Jell-O Boiling Water Cherry Pie Filling Crushed Pineapple Whipped Cream Cheese Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream Sugar | Vanilla Chopped Nuts or Granola


Mix Jell-O into boiling water.  Stir in pie filling and pineapple. Mix well then pour into a greased baking pan. 

Move carefully to the fridge and chill until set (about 2-4 hours). 

To prepare the topping, beat whipped cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. 

When Jell-o mixture is set, spread cream cheese mixture on top, then layer with granola or chopped nuts.  Use a thin spatula to slice and serve immediately.
