Flour Baking Powder | Baking Soda Salt | Sugar | Eggs Dark Cocoa Powder Chocolate Chips Coconut Oil Shredded Zucchini
In a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients with a fork. In a larger bowl, beat together sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, coconut oil, maple syrup, and zucchini.
Add dry ingredients slowly until batter is formed. Spoon batter into greased & floured donut pan, filling 3/4 of the way up the pan. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes. Remove donuts from oven & flip onto a cooling rack.
Prepare the glaze topping by melting chocolate chips in the microwave. Stir in syrup & pour over each donut. Immediately add sprinkles if desired. Enjoy!
