Maple-Ginger Fruit Salad

Not your typical fruit salad! Made with maple syrup and ginger plus fresh herbs, basil and mint. Lemon and lime add brightness and you can choose your medley of fruit. Perfect summer  side dish. 

KEY INGREDIENTS

Seedless Grapes | Peaches Blueberries | Raspberries Strawberries MAPLE-GINGER DRESSING Lemon | Lime Maple Syrup | Ginger Basil | Mint

Choose a large bowl for your salad and add the fruit in layers or in sections or toss depending on the look you like.

DIRECTIONS

Mix together dressing ingredients in a mason jar or large measuring cup or bowl. You can opt out of using fresh herbs, but it gives it a nice flavor and scent.

Drizzle dressing over the fruit salad and serve or chill then serve. The fruit salad will stay fresh in the fridge for about 36 hours. Toss before serving.
