Mixed Berry Salad with Honey-Lime Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 lb strawberries hulled and halved
- 5 oz blueberries
- 5 oz blackberries
- 5 oz raspberries
- 1 lime juiced (2 tbsp)
- 2 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves lightly packed

Instructions
- Add the halved strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries to a large salad bowl.
- Make dressing. Combine lime juice and honey in a small bowl using a whisk or fork until well combined.
