    • Sour cream: Full-fat sour cream works best as it gives a richer taste but feel free to go lite if you prefer. Cream cheese can be used in place of sour cream if you'd like. I find whipped cream cheese is easier to spread and blend with seasoning.
    • Taco seasoning: Though you can make your own, a store-bought packet works beautifully and saves time. Your choice here! You could also use fajita seasoning.
    • Refried beans: Any can you have on hand works well for the dip. Traditional, black bean, or seasoned. Feel free to add salt to taste as needed.
    • Guacamole: Though mashed avocados work as well, they don’t have the full fiesta flavor to them.
    • Fiesta cheese: Regular cheddar or marbled cheese works here as well but the fiesta cheese gives more taste to the dip. If you love that street-corn vibe, try using crumbled cotija cheese.
    • Cherry tomatoes: Dice them finely so that you get some in every bite. Right from the garden are the best ones.

    • 1 taco seasoning packet
    • 15 oz refried beans
    • 1 cup guacamole
    • 1 cup fiesta cheese
    • 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
    • 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional garnish)

    Serve with

    • 12 oz tortilla chips

    • Season sour cream. In a bowl add the sour cream and taco seasoning. Mix until combined. Set aside.
    • Layer dip. To your serving dish add the refried beans.
      Top with sour cream mixture. Top with the guacamole. Top with the cheese. Top with the cherry tomatoes. Finish with the cilantro.
    • Serve. Serve immediately or chill then serve. Offer a bowl of tortilla chips for dipping.
