ORANGE  CANDIED CARROTS

These orange candied carrots are  buttery, tangy and sweet. A tasty side dish that goes well with almost any dinner menu. An excellent holiday meal recipe.

Crinkle Cut Or Baby Carrots Orange Marmalade Butter Water

INGREDIENTS

Melt butter over medium heat in a pan; stir in marmalade then carrots.  For a more liquidy glaze, add water (optional).

Cook uncovered for about 8-10 minutes; stirring occasionally.  Carrots are ready when they start to caramelize and turn and light golden brown around the edges.

That's it! This recipe is just three ingredients! So easy and delicious!

My kids love these! They call them “candy carrots” and like any good mother, I do not correct them.
