Ingredients

cup
balsamic vinegar
½
cup
grapeseed oil

teaspoon
Dijon mustard
¼
cup
honey
or use maple syrup
sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add ingredients to container.
Combine balsamic vinegar, grapeseed oil, Dijon mustard, and honey in a mason jar or small bowl.
Emulsify.
Add lid to mason jar and shake to emulsify or whisk if using a bowl.
Season.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve or store.
Serve over a salad or pasta or store in the fridge until ready to use.
Notes
During storage, ingredients will separate. Just shake or whisk before using.
