How to Froth Milk
With a stand frother: add the milk to the frother and turn it on. The frother will automatically turn off when the milk is ready (about 30 seconds).
With a wand frother: heat the milk to steaming on the stovetop or in the microwave. Then froth until the milk has doubled in size — about 15 seconds.
Without a frother: head the milk to steaming on the stovetop or in the microwave. Transfer the milk to a blender and blend until frothy — about 30 seconds. You can also make frothed milk using a french press — simply add the warm milk to the french press and quickly pull the plunger up and down until frothed (about 30 seconds).
