Make dressing. In a small mixing bowl or mason jar with lid, combine olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Greek seasoning using a fork or whisk. Or shake it in a mason jar.
Chill or store. Use immediately for a salad, wrap, or pasta salad or store in the fridge.

Many store-bought Greek dressings have feta cheese so feel free to sprinkle feta onto your dish before adding this dressing for that same flavor.
