Ingredients

cups
spinach

tablespoon
almond butter

tablespoon
chia seeds

green apples
seeds removed, peeling optional

banana

frozen pineapple

almond milk
Instructions
Add ingredients.
Place ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Blend.
Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Scrape down sides as needed.
Serve.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
To Make Popsicles
Simply pour smoothie mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 2 or more hours or until solid.
Notes
Fruits, nuts, and spinach can also be frozen in advance for easy storage and for an extra refreshing frozen smoothie.
