Here's everything you'll need:
- Pineapple. I use frozen. Fresh or canned works, too.
- Apples. Any apple works but I like Granny Smith.
- Almond milk. This offers a boost of protein.
- Almond butter. Or any nut butter you prefer. You can also just toss in whole nuts if that's more convenient!
- Spinach. Fresh or frozen will work.
- Bananas. Again, these can be fresh or frozen.
- Chia seeds. These add slight texture and health benefits.

No cooking required, just blend and sip! If making popsicles, simply pour the smoothie into a popsicle mold and freeze.
- Gather ingredients, remove seeds from apple.
- Add spinach, nut butter, bananas.

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 green apples seeds removed, peeling optional
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple

Instructions
- Add ingredients. Place ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Blend. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Scrape down sides as needed.
- Serve. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
To Make Popsicles
- Simply pour smoothie mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 2 or more hours or until solid.
Notes
- Fruits, nuts, and spinach can also be frozen in advance for easy storage and for an extra refreshing frozen smoothie.
