Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt greek or not—your choice
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey more or less to taste
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds optional

Instructions
- Add frozen peaches, orange juice, yogurt and honey to a blender and blend for about 3 minutes or until consistency is smooth.
- Top with chia seed to stir them in before serving.
