English cucumber
grated and squeezed

Greek yogurt
plain, unsweetened

garlic paste

dill

lemon juice
(½ lemon)

more or less to taste
Instructions
Grate cucumber.
Wash cucumber (no need to peel) and grate onto a paper towel.
Squeeze away excess moisture.
Combine ingredients.
Add grated cucumber to a medium-sized bowl. Add lemon juice, dill, Greek yogurt, and garlic. Stir to combine.
Season.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve or store.
Use as a topping or store in the fridge until ready to use.
Notes
Zucchini can be used in place of cucumber if you'd like!
