Creamy homemade Green Goddess dressing made with fresh spinach, avocado, herbs, Greek yogurt, garlic, Dijon, lemon juice, and a touch of honey—perfect for salads, wraps, dips, and as a sauce for meats.
Blend creamy ingredients with aromatics and herbs. In a food processor, add mayo, yogurt, garlic, green onions, dill, chives, and parsley. Blend until smooth.
Add vegetables and seasonings. Next, add in honey, Dijon mustard, spinach, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add avocado if using. Blend again until smooth, scraping down the sides if needed.
Add oil. With the lid on, using the opening in the top, blend dressing while slowly pouring in olive oil. Blend until smooth.
Season. Taste and add more salt as needed.
Store dressing. Use a funnel to pour dressing into a jar. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
For thinner dressing, drizzle in a small amount of water until desired thickness is achieved.
