Maple-Dijon Sauce
This homemade Maple-Dijon mustard sauce is easy to make and is delicious on pork or chicken, serve it as a dip with pretzels or use it as a marinade for added flavor. Try it on salmon, too!

Maple-Dijon Sauce

cup
Dijon mustard
¼
cup
pure maple syrup

tablespoon
apple cider vinegar

teaspoon
dried thyme
or use fresh, chopped
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Mix together sauce ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and dried thyme.
Season.
Mix in salt and pepper to taste.
Serve or store.
Serve immediate or transfer to a glass jar with lid and store in the fridge.
Notes
Flavor will meld a bit the longer this sauce sits.
Make it at least 2 hours ahead for best flavor.
