Instructions
Mix
together pumpkin puree, vanilla pudding mix and thawed cool whip.
Spoon
pumpkin dip on to a vanilla wafer and top with a second wafer to make a sandwich. Smooth edges with a knife.
Roll
sandwiches in sprinkles until sides are completely covered.
Serve
immediately or chill and serve.
Notes
To prevent wafers from becoming soggy, serve within 24 hours of assembling.
