raw pumpkin seeds

garlic Sriracha seasoning

tablespoon
oil or butter
for greasing the baking sheet
Instructions
Grease
baking sheet with oil or butter.
Rinse
pumpkin seeds and pat dry with paper towel.
Spread
pumpkin seeds out to a single layer on greased baking sheet.
Sprinkle
evenly with Garlic Sriracha seasoning.
Bake
at 300˚ for 30 minutes or longer to desired crispiness.
Notes
Try Red Hot Honey-Garlic seasoning instead of Garlic Sriracha if you'd like a touch of sweetness.
