This recipe yields a super thick and creamy smoothie. If your blender is having issues blending or if you prefer a slightly thinner smoothie, you can increase the amount of orange juice or coconut milk to ½ cup total.
The liquids should help loosen the frozen solid fruits enough to get the puree process started. Pulse as needed and use a utensil in between pulsing to dislodge pieces that may get stuck.
