- Boiling Water - Gelatin Powder - Sugar - Cocoa Powder - Heavy Whipping Cream - Seedless Raspberry Jam - Vanilla or Almond Extract - Fresh Raspberries - Mint Leaves

1. Boil water in microwave until bubbling. 2. Sprinkle in gelatin powder and whisk until dissolved. Chill bowl in fridge.
