Raspberry Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

- Boiling Water - Gelatin Powder - Sugar - Cocoa Powder - Heavy Whipping Cream - Seedless Raspberry Jam - Vanilla or Almond Extract - Fresh Raspberries - Mint Leaves

Instructions

1. Boil water in microwave until bubbling. 2. Sprinkle in gelatin powder and whisk until dissolved. Chill bowl in fridge.

3.Mix cocoa & sugar in a bowl. Pour in heavy cream and beat using mixer. Add jam & vanilla. 4. Add mousse to ramekins and refrigerate. Enjoy!

Replace 1/2 cup of  heavy cream w/ Greek yogurt. It makes the chocolate mousse more dense. 

Swap sugar for honey to cut back on refined sugar.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of Nutella for an extra layer of  flavor.
