Instructions
Butterfly chicken breasts and cut into 1-inchstrips.
In a large mixing bowl, combine marinade ingredients: coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, curry powder, turmeric, and coriander.
Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
