Maple-Ginger Fruit Salad
Not your typical fruit salad! Made with maple syrup and ginger plus fresh herbs — basil and mint. Lemon and lime add brightness and you can choose your medley of fruit. Perfect summer side dish. No cooking required.

seedless grapes

peaches
pitted and chopped, leave skin-on

Maple-Ginger Dressing

lemon
juiced

limes
juiced
2
tablespoon
maple syrup
½
teaspoon
ground or minced ginger

tablespoon
basil
chopped

tablespoon
mint
chopped

Instructions
Prepare serving bowl.
Choose a large bowl for your salad and add the fruit in layers or in sections or toss depending on the look you like.
Make dressing.
Mix together dressing ingredients in a mason jar or large measuring cup or bowl.
Add dressing and serve.
Drizzle dressing over the fruit salad and serve or chill then serve.
Toss before serving if chilling.
Notes
You can substitute different summer fruits of your choice.
When choosing grapes make sure they are seedless.
Make sure you get a variety of colors for an eye-appealing salad.
You can opt out of using fresh herbs, but it gives it a nice flavor and scent.
Add fresh greens to the base for more fiber.
Use agave instead of maple syrup for less sugar spike.
