Whipped Cream Strawberry Jello Pie
This classic picnic pie is light and fluffy and creamy with the taste of strawberries. Made with strawberry Jello and Cool Whip in a graham cracker crust, then topped with whipped cream. A favorite, easy no-bake summer dessert.

Cool Whip
(or use 2 cups heavy whipping cream)

strawberry Jello

boiling water

graham cracker crust
For Topping

whipped cream
Instructions
Dissolve
Jello in boiling water in a large mixing bowl.
Cool
to about room temperature.
Cool
Whip and beat until completely blended.
Spoon
pie filling into a graham cracker crust.
Chill
for at least 20 minutes or until set.
Notes
To speed up cooling process, put liquid in freezer for 20 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes.
If using heavy cream, beat heavy cream with a mixer until peaks form and add sugar to taste. Or start with ready-made Cool Whip.
