Easy cinnamon roll pull apart bread made with 5 ingredients. Use store-bought cinnamon rolls—no dough prep needed! Gooey, iced, and perfect for brunch, weekends, or holiday mornings. Make-ahead friendly and super simple.
Make cinnamon sugar. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon with a fork until evenly blended.
Prepare butter. In another medium-sized glass bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
Prepare dough. Remove cinnamon rolls and icing from the package. Set icing aside. Flatten each cinnamon roll — press and stretch each cinnamon roll using your fingers until it becomes flat like a pancake.Dip each flatten roll in melted butter until thoroughly coated. Then dip in the sugar and cinnamon mixture, coating completely.
Add dough to loaf pan. Place coated, flattened cinnamon rolls into the loaf pan, loosely alternating from side to side. It will start to look a bit like a braid.
Sprinkle pecans on top of your loaf if desired and then you're ready to bake!
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Check a center piece with a fork to make sure dough is cooked. Cover with foil and cook longer if too doughy and top is getting too dark. Remove from oven when done and let cool for 5 minutes.
Drizzle both containers of icing on top before serving.

Notes
See photos for reference on how to alternate flattened cinnamon roll dough within the loaf pan.
Once you've placed all the coated rolls into the loaf pan, it should be mostly full. Keep in mind the rolls will expand once it cooks.
Allow cool time before adding icing to prevent icing from soaking into bread.
