biscuit mix

applesauce
(half of an applesauce cup)

tablespoon
instant oatmeal

tablespoon
cinnamon sugar
more or less to taste

sea salt

Instructions
Grab a microwavable mug.
Add biscuit mix, applesauce, oatmeal and sea salt (if desired).
Stir until thoroughly blended then microwave for 1 minute.
Carefully remove from microwave and top with cinnamon sugar and icing (optional by yummy!). Enjoy with a spoon.
Notes
You can use store-bought icing or make your own icing.
To make icing: mix together 2 tablespoon powdered sugar with ½ teaspoon of milk (add a drop more if needed).
For added flavor, you can stir in ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extra into the muffin mix.
