Homemade Pizza Bagels
Pizza bagels are so fun! These mini pizzas are individually sized so everyone can customize their pizza with their favorite toppings. Ready in just 10 minutes for a quick and easy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

plain bagels
sliced in half

roma tomato
diced
½
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese

tablespoon
shredded cheddar cheese

teaspoon
Italian seasoning
½
teaspoon
garlic salt
Toppings

pepperoni slices
quartered

teaspoon
fresh basil
Instructions
Place bagels face up on a baking sheet.
Layer fresh mozzarella on each. Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning evenly over each bagel half.
Layer on diced tomatoes and pepperoni. Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 425˚ for about 5-7 minutes or until cheese it melted.
Top with fresh basil and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to change up the toppings! My favorite combinations are pineapple and ham or mushrooms and black olives.
Only making a single serving? Use your toaster oven!
