Easy Cajun Ham and Cheddar Biscuits made with buttermilk biscuit mix, diced ham, cheddar cheese, green onions, and bold Cajun seasoning. A savory, cheesy biscuit recipe perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a flavorful side dish.
Make dough. In a large bowl, stir together biscuit mix, milk, ham, ⅓ cup of the cheese (reserve rest for topping), Cajun seasoning and butter together just until a thick dough forms.
Drop dough. Using a cookie scoop, drop biscuit dough onto a non-stick or lined baking sheet. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of each biscuit.
Bake at 425˚F for 10 minutes or until a fork poked through the middle comes out clean.
While biscuits are baking, combine garlic and onion powder and parsley with melted butter.
Brush with topping. Remove from oven. Brush seasoned butter onto the tops of the biscuits while biscuits are still warm.

Notes
To melt butter for the glaze: Place butter in a bowl or ramekin cup and cover with a paper towel. Microwave to 30 seconds.
Don't over mix dough. Fold in green onions (optional).
You can use a muffin pan instead of a baking sheet if you prefer.
