Stock your freezer with these easy 5-Ingredient Chili Burritos for quick lunches and stress-free dinners. Filled with chili and refried beans wrapped in a soft tortilla, then topped with melted cheese, they're hearty, budget-friendly, and kid-friendly too. Use leftover, homemade or canned chili, then freeze a batch for busy days when you need an easy meal fast.
In a mixing bowl, add taco seasoning to chili and stir to combine.
Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon refried beans.
Next, layer on ¼ cup chili onto each tortilla.
To seal the burrito, fold in the two opposite sides in about ½" then fold in the other two longer sides as tightly as possible. Place seam-side down on a plate or wrap tightly in plastic wrap if planning to freeze.
Top burritos with hot sauce as desired then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Microwave for 1-1:30 minute.*

Notes
*If reheating a frozen burrito, remove plastic and microwave for one minute, flip, top with hot sauce and cheese then microwave an additional 1 minute.
For a crispy shell, heat up a tablespoon of oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Microwave burrito for just 1 minute before adding cheese or hot sauce. Then carefully transfer the heated burrito to the heated, greased pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
