Instructions
Make dressing
. Mix together oil, vinegar, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper to make dressing.
Combine
sliced cucumber, tomatoes, and onions in a bowl. Toss with dressing and serve.
Notes
For a chopped salad texture, slice and quarter the cucumbers, tomatoes and onions into smaller pieces.
