Ingredients

ground turkey sausage

eggs

teaspoon
sage
ground
½
cup
white cheese cheese
low fat
salt and pepper
to taste

hot sauce
to taste
Instructions
Preheat
oven to 350ºF.
Brown
ground turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat then set aside to cool.
Beat
together eggs, sage, cheese, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Add cooled sausage to egg mixture and stir.
Grease
muffin pan and fill each cup ¾ full with egg mixture.
Bake
at 350˚F for 30 minutes or until egg bites become puffy on top and look like muffins. (They will shrink when they cool)
Notes
For more moist, sous vide style eggs, cover egg bites with foil sprayed with nonstick to trap moisture in while baking.
For lower calories, use fat-free cheese and egg whites only. (You'll need the whites from 6 eggs to make up
