Easy Tuscan Pasta Salad
You only need 5 ingredients to make this flavorful Tuscan pasta salad. Great for potlucks or to make ahead for the week for lunch or as a side dish to dinner. Made with pasta, creamy Italian dressing, sundried tomatoes, spinach and beans.

Equipment
large pasta salad container
Ingredients
16
oz
rotini or fusilli pasta
2
tablespoon
sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
15
oz
navy beans
10
oz
frozen chopped spinach
16
oz
Olive Garden Italian dressing
Instructions
In a large pot, cook pasta according to package then drain. Return cooked pasta to pot.
Defrost frozen spinach then squeeze to drain excess water. Add chopped spinach to pasta.
Drain navy beans and add to pasta and spinach.
Finely chop sun-dried tomatoes and add to pasta, beans and spinach. It's fine to include some of the oil that the tomatoes were in.
Finally add entire 16oz bottle of Olive Garden dressing and toss until all ingredients are evenly mix together.
Transfer to storage container and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Use any kind of pasta you like. Tri-colored rotini and fusilli pasta are my favorites to use in this pasta salad.
