1cupmashed potatoesor less depending on your waffle maker
1tablespoonbutter
1cupleftover chili
¼cupshredded cheddar cheese
1tablespoonfresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat and generously coat your waffle maker with butter.
Spoon mashed potatoes onto your waffle maker and spread out just a bit as evenly as possible.
Close waffle maker and let cook for about 3-5 minutes. Potato waffle is ready when it's golden brown and doesn't stick to the waffle maker. Gently flip potato waffle onto a plate when done.
Notes
If you don't have leftover chili, you can use canned chili.
