How do you make this delicious cold spinach dip?

This blend of cream cheese, salsa, fresh spinach leaves and garlic is one of my favorite appetizers to make for a party because it requires no cooking, only a few ingredients and it’s delicious! Serve with tortilla chips or crusty bread. The bowl always get scraped clean.

Can you make this cold spinach dip with frozen spinach instead of fresh?

You sure can. If frozen is more convenient, then that’s fine! Since this is a cold dip, you can actually just rinse the frozen spinach under warm water to defrost it slightly and then throw it in the blend still semi-frozen. It’ll be fine and will chill the dip quicker.
