We're lucky enough to have just returned from our first cruise and it was rockin'! Literally, rockin', like on a very large boat on the open ocean. It was so crazy and fun and magical and if you get the chance, I recommend going for it! It's a once in a lifetime experience that I know my family will never forget.

Easy Frozen Piña Colada
Ingredients
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- ½ cup ice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- Maraschino cherry and fresh pineapple for garnish

Instructions
- Blend pineapple juice, coconut cream, ice, lime juice and rum until smooth and slightly frothy.
- Pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a piece of fresh pineapple, a Maraschino cherry, an umbrella and a straw. Enjoy!
