Easy Piña Colada Recipe – No mix required

Just blend pineapple, coconut cream, ice, lime juice and white and dark rum. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a fresh wedge of pineapple and a cocktail umbrella for extra fun! Or go all out and serve it in a pineapple! You’ll totally feel like you’re at the beach with this easy homemade drink!

This white, frothy, frozen beverage is sweet, a bit tangy and 100% tropical. You’ll love how the creamy coconut contrasts with the citrusy lime. So good and refreshing.

We’re lucky enough to have just returned from our first cruise and it was rockin’! Literally, rockin’, like on a very large boat on the open ocean.   • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • Maraschino cherry and fresh pineapple for garnish


  • Blend pineapple juice, coconut cream, ice, lime juice and rum until smooth and slightly frothy.
  • Pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a piece of fresh pineapple, a Maraschino cherry, an umbrella and a straw. Enjoy!
