Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing
Equipment
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon poppy seeds more or less to taste
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt and pepper each
- ⅓ cup avocado mayo
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 1 shallot minced

Instructions
- Make the dressing. In a jar or small bowl combine all of the dressing ingredients except poppy seeds. Mix together and then add poppy seeds and shake or stir to combine fully.
- Use or store. Pour dressing over a salad or add a lid and store in the fridge.
Notes
- Feel free to thin out the dressing by adding a teaspoon or two of water.
- For a less creamy, thinner dressing, replace the mayo with avocado oil.
- Shake before each use.
