This classic Chicken Cordon Bleu recipe is easier than you might think to make! Make with chicken breast, ham, a creamy white wine sauce and Swiss cheese.

  • 1. Roll up chicken fillets stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese; secure with toothpicks.
  • 2. Mix flour, salt, pepper & thyme; coat chicken.
  • 3. Mix wine, chicken broth, bullion & cream; set aside.
  • 4. Brown chicken in butter; transfer to baking pan.
  • 5. Add wine sauce & breadcrumbs and bake at 375˚F for 20 mins.
