How about these Ham and Cheese Croissant Melts for your next brunch? These little melty and flaky sandwiches are a crowd pleaser and they’re so easy! This is my go-to breakfast food for guests if we’re short on time. I’ve also taken it along to get-togethers and they hold up well. You can multiply the recipe really easily depending on how many people you’re trying to feed. Makes a great breakfast, brunch, lunch or even dinner! Definitely one of my all-time favorite recipes.

Instructions

  • 1. Slice croissants in half and layer with ham then cheese.
  • 2. Bake at 400˚F for 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts.
