    ★ Why You'll Love this Recipe ★

These Greek veggie tacos are great for an extremely quick lunch or dinner without sacrificing flavor. They are healthy too!

    No cooking required!

Done in 10 minutes. Truly. These Greek veggies tacos are deliciously simple and full of flavor. So great for a busy weeknight and perfect for hot summer evenings.

For the Love of All Things Mediterranean

If you're craving bold, fresh flavors, these Mediterranean tacos will transport you straight to the shores of Greece—no passport required. Each bite bursts with creamy hummus, briny olives, and tangy feta, delivering that irresistible combo of richness and brightness that makes Greek-inspired food so satisfying.

Whether you're a longtime fan of Mediterranean flavors or just looking to try something new, this dish makes it easy to bring a little sunshine to your table. It’s a simple, flavorful escape—right from your own kitchen.

    Easy to Make

You’ll love how easy it is to create a vibrant, meatless meal using just a few simple ingredients. With vegetables, cheese, and hummus doing all the heavy lifting, you won’t miss the meat at all.

Vegetarian food is not just for vegetarians.

For the record, I'm not a vegetarian. I just don't think you always need to have meat in your meals. Like these veggie tacos. I had them for dinner tonight.

Was I sad that they didn't have meat? Nope. Did I even realize that something was missing? Honestly, no.

If you, however, are missing meat here, you can add chicken or steak to these tacos. Both would taste great with the rest of these flavors.

    ★ Ingredients You'll Need ★

Here's a look at everything you'll need to make these no-cook Greek tacos.

    • Flour tortillas
    • Hummus. Any flavor.
    • English cucumber. Regular cucumber works too.
    • Roma tomato. Grape or cherry tomaotoes work well too.
    • Red onion
    • Leafy green lettuce
    • Kalamata olives
    • Crumbled feta cheese
    • Greek dressing. Bottle or make your own Greek dressing.

    ★ Tips & FAQs ★

Taco lovers: you will love this tool for serving tacos!

You really don't need anything special to make these. But one thing I found help to making these soft sided tacos is a taco stand. If you're a serious taco person, you may want to pick up your own set of taco stands. They're especially useful for filling and serving soft taco shells.

What type of tortillas work best?

Soft flour tortillas work really well for these tacos, but you can also use corn tortillas, pita bread, or even lettuce wraps if you want a lighter, low-carb option.

Can I add protein to these veggie tacos?

Absolutely! Feta cheese already provides some protein and adds to the authentic Greek flavor but you can add meat — Grilled chicken, steak, or lamb or add chickpeas for even more protein.
