★ Ingredients You'll Need ★
Here's a look at what you'll need to make this dressing. Just look at those spices! So much flavor. You can also save time by using a pre-blended chipotle spice mix.
Here's what you'll need:
- Greek yogurt. Use unsweetened, plain Greek yogurt. The yogurt can be substituted with mayonnaise if you prefer or have that handy.
- Sour cream. Whole fat sour cream was used in the dressing. The sour cream can be substituted with mayonnaise, or the sour cream omitted and the Greek yogurt increased to 1 cup.
- Lime. Fresh lime juice was used in this dressing; however, bottled lime juice can be used if fresh limes are not available. Fresh is going to give you much better flavor though.
- Seasonings. A blend of smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried dill, dried chives, salt and pepper to taste give this amazing flavor.
- Cilantro. Fresh cilantro compliments this dressing and can be added to your dish, outside of mixing it straight into your dressing.
