I love bang bang sauce on fried shrimp. I toss raw shrimp in a little corn starch seasoned with salt and garlic powder. I fry the shrimp in a skillet until plump then toss the shrimp in bang bang sauce.
You can serve this crispy bang bang shrimp as an appetizer or with rice and a bag of Asian salad for an easy well-loved dinner.

Bang bang sauce is what makes my shrimp roll bowls so delicious. Basically like an unstuffed shrimp roll made with crispy won ton strips, shrimp and slaw. So easy yet elevated with this yummy homemade sauce.

Optional: you can add a squeeze of lime juice or rice vinegar for extra tang but this is not required.

- ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Make sauce. In a small bowl, mix together Sriracha, Thai sweet chili sauce and mayo to create the bang bang sauce.
- Serve or store. Serve immediately by spooning over your dish. Or store in the fridge in an airtight container.
