★ Tips & FAQs ★
Can you make this cold spinach dip with frozen spinach instead of fresh?
You can. Fresh spinach is going to taste a bit better and give you that more vibrant green color but if frozen is more convenient, then that's fine!
Since this is a cold dip, you can actually just rinse the frozen spinach under lukewarm water to defrost it slightly and then throw it in the blend still semi-frozen. It'll be fine and will chill the dip quicker.
You will need a blender to make this.
This dip needs to get pureed in order to make it creamy and smooth. For that you will need a blender. The ninja blender works best but any blended will do.
