★ Why You'll Love this Recipe ★
Quick and Easy Prep
Chicken veggie burgers come together fast—just 30 minutes start to finish! Using bagged coleslaw mix is a total time-saver since there’s no chopping or shredding required. If you want to switch things up, you can use spinach, carrots, zucchini, or peppers instead to keep the flavors fresh and fun.
Flavor Your Way
The beauty of these burgers is that you can season them however you like. I love using Texas Roadhouse rattlesnake seasoning for a spicy kick, but ranch seasoning, garlic, or even just onion powder all work beautifully. Go with your favorite punch of flavor—there’s no wrong choice here.

Toppings Galore
Once your patties are cooked, pile them high with your favorite toppings. Classic lettuce, tomato, and mayo always work, but ranch dressing, avocado slices, or even a crunchy slaw add an extra layer of deliciousness. If you’re a cheese lover, melt a slice on top during the last minute of cooking.
Cook Them Your Way
These burgers cook up perfectly in a cast iron skillet on the stove, but you can also grill them if you’re in the mood for that charred flavor. Serve them on a toasted brioche bun for a classic burger feel, or skip the bun and enjoy the patties on their own for a lighter option.
Nutritious and Family-Friendly
With 32 grams of protein per burger, these lean chicken patties are packed with both flavor and nutrition. They’re a healthier spin on traditional burgers, and the hidden veggies make them totally kid-friendly. You can even make the patties ahead of time to reheat for quick lunches or cook fresh for an easy dinner.
